• बुकिङ विवरण (Booking Details): ज्योतिष सेवा बुक गर्दा तपाईंले स्वेच्छाले दिनुभएको नाम, मोबाइल नम्बर र समस्या विवरण।
• प्रयोग डाटा (Usage Data): कुन पृष्ठहरू हेरिन्छ, कुन उपकरण प्रयोग भएको छ — यो जानकारी aggregate (सामूहिक) रूपमा मात्र सङ्कलन गरिन्छ।
• कुकीज र लोकल स्टोरेज (Cookies & Local Storage): लगइन सत्र, भाषा प्राथमिकता र थिम सेटिङका लागि।

We collect minimal data. Depending on the service you use, we may collect: account information (name, email, profile picture when you sign in with Google or Facebook), wallet transactions (for Jyotish service bookings), booking details (name, phone, and problem description you voluntarily provide), aggregate usage data (pages visited, device type), and cookies plus local storage (for login session, language preference, and theme settings).

We use your data only for the following purposes: operating your account securely, completing Jyotish service bookings and payments, remembering your language and theme preferences, improving website performance and user experience, providing customer support, preventing security threats, and complying with legal obligations.

हाम्रा धेरै उपकरणहरू तपाईंको ब्राउजरमै डाटा भण्डारण गर्छन् — कुनै सर्भरमा होइन। उदाहरणका लागि:

• मेरो जीवन (My Life): तपाईंका काम, बिल, सदस्यता, भेटघाट र कागजातहरू IndexedDB मा स्थानीय रूपमा भण्डारण हुन्छन्। यी डाटा कहिल्यै सर्भरमा पठाइँदैनन्।

Many of our tools store data directly in your browser — not on our servers. For example: the My Life feature stores your tasks, bills, subscriptions, appointments, and documents locally in IndexedDB. This data is never sent to our servers. Language and theme preferences are stored in localStorage.

5. कुकीज — Cookies

हामी न्यूनतम कुकीज प्रयोग गर्छौं, मुख्यतया लगइन सत्र कायम राख्न। यी कुकीज:

हामी निम्न तेस्रो-पक्ष सेवाहरू प्रयोग गर्छौं, जसका आ-आफ्नै गोपनीयता नीतिहरू छन्:

We use these third-party services, each with its own privacy policy: Google OAuth and Facebook Login (for sign-in only), Open-Meteo API (weather data), Nepal Rastra Bank and Nepal Oil Corporation (exchange rates and fuel prices), payment gateways (for wallet top-up processing), and Cloudflare (for website security and CDN).

7. डाटा साझेदारी — Data Sharing

तपाईंको जानकारी निम्न अवस्थामा मात्र साझा गर्न सकिन्छ:

• कानुनी आवश्यकता: नेपालको कानुन अनुसार अदालत वा सरकारी निकायबाट आधिकारिक अनुरोध आएमा।
• ज्योतिष परामर्शदाता: तपाईंले बुक गर्नुभएको परामर्श सम्बन्धित ज्योतिष आचार्यसँग मात्र साझा गरिन्छ।
• सेवा प्रदायकहरू: भुक्तानी प्रशोधन जस्ता आवश्यक सेवाका लागि मात्र।

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers. Your information may only be shared: when legally required by a court or government authority under Nepali law, with the specific Jyotish consultant you booked a session with, and with essential service providers such as payment processors.

8. डाटा भण्डारण अवधि — Data Retention

• खाता डाटा: खाता सक्रिय रहेसम्म। खाता मेटाएपछि ३० दिनभित्र सबै व्यक्तिगत डाटा मेटिन्छ।
• बुकिङ रेकर्ड: लेखा परीक्षणका लागि ३ वर्षसम्म सुरक्षित।
• वालेट लेनदेन: वित्तीय कानुन अनुसार ५ वर्षसम्म।
• स्थानीय डाटा: तपाईंको ब्राउजरमा, तपाईं मेटाएसम्म।

9. तपाईंका अधिकारहरू — Your Rights

तपाईंसँग निम्न अधिकारहरू छन्:
