7. ज्योतिष सेवा — Jyotish Services

नेपाली पात्रोमार्फत प्रदान गरिने ज्योतिष परामर्श सेवा परम्परागत वैदिक ज्योतिष शास्त्रमा आधारित मार्गदर्शन हो। यो चिकित्सकीय, कानुनी वा वित्तीय परामर्शको विकल्प होइन।

• बुकिङ: परामर्श लिनका लागि नेपाली पात्रो खाता आवश्यक पर्छ।
• भुक्तानी: वालेटबाट भुक्तानी गरिन्छ; रकम अपुग भएमा बुक गर्न सकिँदैन।
• भिडियो कल: निर्धारित समयमा ज्योतिष आचार्यले तपाईंलाई सम्पर्क गर्नुहुनेछ।
• गोपनीयता: तपाईंको परामर्श सम्बन्धित आचार्य बाहेक अन्य कसैले देख्दैन।

Jyotish consultation services are based on traditional Vedic astrology guidance and are not a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice. Bookings require an account, payment is processed through your wallet, and consultations occur via scheduled video call. Your session details remain confidential between you and the assigned Jyotish consultant.

8. वालेट र भुक्तानी — Wallet and Payment

• वालेट लोड: तपाईंले भुक्तानी गेटवेमार्फत नेपाली पात्रो वालेटमा रकम थप्न सक्नुहुन्छ।
• प्रयोग: वालेट रकम ज्योतिष सेवा, अन्य प्रिमियम सुविधा, वा भविष्यका सेवाहरूमा प्रयोग गर्न सकिन्छ।
• अपरिवर्तनीय: वालेटमा लोड गरिएको रकम नगदमा फिर्ता गर्न सकिँदैन।
• सुरक्षा: वालेट लेनदेन एन्क्रिप्टेड छन्।

9. फिर्ता नीति — Refund Policy

फिर्ता सम्बन्धी नियमहरू:

• परामर्श तोकिएको समयभन्दा २४ घण्टा अघि रद्द — पूर्ण रकम फिर्ता
• परामर्श तोकिएको समयभन्दा २४ घण्टाभित्र रद्द — ५०% फिर्ता
• परामर्श सुरु भएपछि — फिर्ता हुँदैन
• आचार्यले उपलब्ध नभएमा — पूर्ण रकम फिर्ता

Refund rules: full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before your scheduled consultation, 50% refund if cancelled within 24 hours, no refund after the consultation has started, and a full refund if the assigned consultant fails to appear.

10. अस्वीकरणहरू — Disclaimers

यो वेबसाइटको सामग्री "जस्तो छ त्यस्तै" (as-is) आधारमा उपलब्ध छ। यद्यपि हामी सटीकता कायम राख्न प्रयास गर्छौं:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nepali Patro and its operators are not liable for any direct or indirect damages from using the website, data loss or lost profits, third-party service failures, decisions made based on astrological guidance, or service interruptions due to infrastructure or natural events.
